We just rented a place in San Antonio del Mar and we’re told yesterday that the water is not clean enough to go in. We can not surf! So bummed. We would have rented a place on the east side if we knew that the beach had been closed. Our electricity was shut off and we had only been here 5 days . We have had a rough start. Any advice?
