Ensenada Cable Car

Editor’s note: posted 22 Dec 2012 this redevelopment area on north end of Ensenada malecon.    Speculating that a cable car/tram from the malecon up Chapultepec hill would provide spectacular views of the port, the bay, downtown ensenada and sunsets.  An anchor attraction like a tram would lead to further development of entertainment with a tad more diversified appeal than Anthony’s and Paris.  For a city that can’t fix potholes, this would be a major accomplishment.
