Doc’s Pub Ensenada

Mi comida favorita es fácil y fresca.

Had a fun gathering at the Pub Wednesday as a small thank you to the Golf4Ninos 2012 directors.

I have a strong passion for simple, fresh food.   Local ceviche and seafood cocktails are among my favorites.

The shrimp ceviche I made Wednesday included cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, avacado and red cabbage.  A load of cilantro, a pinch of oregano and a flood of lime juice were the only added flavors.

That is a total of 9 ingredients for this dish.  Call it 10 if you count the tostadas.  Count ELEVEN for the hot sauce, Sri Racha is my favorite.  12 ingredients is my limit for my favorite meals and usually half of those are from the spice drawer.

Made enough shrimp ceviche to provide a second party.  Come on over to the Pub for some great flavors.
