source for old ensenada photos
Have asked historical society approximately what year top black/white is. Guessing 30′s/40′s, as I think I see the Palacio de Riviera.
Second photo is Google Earth, from a longer distance, that shows the yellow route into town a the port entrance.
Third photo is 2011 from the popular Chapultepec Hill photo site. First two photos’ green dot plots Chapultepec Hill.
If you have never been up on that hill, take 2nd street north and it will climb the hill. You can park near the residential neighborhood and cross over west to the trail that leads you to a spectacular view of the city and port. Take a blanket and a picnic on a warm day for a spectacular sunset.
