Regular exercise can help improve the flow to the clitoris and enhance sexual function of women, says Omer Faruk Karatas, Faith University, Ankara (Turkey), lead author of a study that confirms this.
In their study, the scientist compared the sexual function and clitoral blood flow in elite athletes with healthy women.
